This page is live, but it's still pointing at a placeholder config. Open index.html, find firebaseConfig near the bottom, and paste in the config object from your Firebase project (Project settings → General → Your apps → SDK setup).
Then, under Authentication → Sign-in method, enable the Email/Password provider and switch on its Email link (passwordless sign-in) option. Make sure Firestore is created too, and fill in the three real email addresses in PEOPLE (near the top of the script) and in firestore.rules, so the three of you — and only the three of you — can sign in and read/write.
